Archie and Hal David's IT WAS ALMOST LIKE A SONG was used in the soundtrack.

The soundtrack stayed on the Billboard Jazz Charts at #1 for 13 weeks.

CHRISTY  (CBS TV series). Archie's song TAKE THE LIGHT TO THE MOUNTAIN was used in the Thanksgiving episode.

REUNION IN HAZZARD  (Warner Brothers), TV movie.  Theme song written by Archie and Larry Bastian.

Current Activity

Steven Curtis Chapman recorded I'll Take Care Of You on the "All About Love" CD.

Archie and collaborator, Bill Dekle, completed the screenplay to "Pink Booty," the story of when Archie was 18 years old and went on the road with the Tams (an all black music group).

Archie releases his third CD on Easter 2004, "Songs From The Sower" (based on the words of Michael Guido).
